Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our warehouse located primarily in USA, France, China & Russia. The item dispatch location primarily depend on the stock availability at these warehouses.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 10-20 business days for all orders to arrive.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-4 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place the order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. Shipping is free on most of the products.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies you will check out using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customer will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Please contact us if you don't receive an order number within 24 hours.

Q. Can I have a tracking number?

A. Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. Please allow at least 2-3 days for processing your order. Once the Tracking Number is generated we will send the details to your registered email.

Q. If I enter my email address, will you sell my information.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.
